Woman rejects 150 marriage proposals

A woman from Serbia has been proposed to by over 150 men and has said no to each and every one of them.

Milunka Dabovic lives at home with her mother in the village of Maskova and she received her first romantic proposition 24 years ago when she was just 14.

She turned the chap down, perhaps understandably given her youth, and since then has rejected every other suitor because she is convinced she has not met her Mr Right.

Ms Dabovic revealed that although some men are hard to shake off once she has rejected them - and even try cajoling her mum into making her say yes.

However, she is determined to find herself a tall, dark and handsome husband who is loving and hard working.

She said: "I've had a lot of proposals and some of them won't take no for an answer, they even try to get my mother to try and convince me to accept.

"But the man I marry needs to be handsome and tall, needs to accept life here in our village - and must be a hard worker with a good heart."
