Britney Spears' ongoing fight with Kevin Federline for custody of their two children has taken a dramatic turn with the revelation that an ex-bodyguard for the singer has testified.
Former minder for the star Tony Barretto arrived at the hearing in Los Angeles to back up a statement he has made regarding "issues of nudity by Ms Spears, drug use and safety issues involving the children".
He has reportedly claimed that the 25-year-old singer walked around naked and took drugs in front of two-year-old Sean Preston and one-year-old Jayden James.
The 28-year-old bodyguard also claimed that he was sacked by Spears after he failed to hear her request he pick up her hat.
And that's not the only problem to arise with the Toxic songstress' side of the case. She has also parted company with her legal team, previously led by Laura Wasser, and her management team.
In a statement, manager Jeff Kwatinetz said: "We believe Britney is enormously talented, and has made a terrific record. But current circumstances have prevented us from properly doing our job."
