The wife of a top Hollywood producer has asked for a divorce after 25 years of marriage.
Jill Grey cited "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for her marital separation from Paramount Pictures chairman and chief executive Brad Grey.
It is thought that she filed for divorce at a Superior Court on Tuesday (January 8th).
The couple married in 1981 and have two children together: an 18-year-old son and a 12-year-old daughter, the Associated Press reports. As yet the couple have not spoken publicly about their split.
Mr Grey became the boss of Paramount in 2005. He has produced hit TV programmes such as The Larry Sanders Show and The Sopranos as well as successful films including The Wedding Singer, Scary Movie and Brad Pitt's recent outing The Assassination of Jesse James by the Coward Robert Ford.
He was involved as a witness in the case against private investigator Anthony Pellicano, who was accused of helping clients in legal disputes by tapping the telephone conversations of various celebrities.
