Canadian actress Pamela Anderson has decided that she definitely wants to end her third marriage, media reports suggest.
The 40-year-old filed for divorce from professional poker player Rick Salomon on Saturday, December 15th citing "irreconcilable differences" but two days later was spotted shopping with her spouse. She also left a cryptic message on her online blog which states "we are working things out".
However, it is now thought that her lawyer has filed a proof of summons document in Los Angeles Superior Court, Usmagazine.com reports.
The papers, filed on December 28th, 2007 show that the actress-turned-magician's assistant legally informed her estranged husband that she wanted a divorce on December 15th and that he now has 30 days to respond.
Anderson married Salomon in Las Vegas on October 6th, 2007. She was previously married to Motley Crue drummer Tommy Lee and singer Kid Rock.
In a recent interview with People magazine, Anderson revealed that she is looking forward to 2008, despite the fact that she has "plenty" of problems to sort out, adding "What can you do? We're all human. We're all trying".
