Mills wants McCartney with her at Christmas

Heather Mills has reportedly asked her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney if he can spend Christmas with him and their daughter

Heather Mills has reportedly asked her estranged husband Sir Paul McCartney if he can spend Christmas with him and their daughter.

The couple are currently going through a bitter divorce and Mills, 39, has publicly criticised the former Beatle in a series of radio and television interviews.

However, it is thought that she is not happy at the idea of a repeat of last Christmas, when four-year-old Beatrice spent the day with her father and his other children, Stella, Mary, Heather and James and she had to wait until Boxing Day to see her as part of their custody arrangement.

According to the Daily Express, Macca is not keen on the idea.

A source told the newspaper: "Heather spent most of last Christmas Day alone while Bea was with her father. That’s the way the custody agreement worked out.

"But this year those arrangements were switched and it means Paul is due to get Bea again on Christmas Day. It seems Heather has realised this. It beggars belief, but she's asked him if he wants to spend Christmas Day together.

"As you'd imagine, Paul isn't keen on the idea especially after her latest round of rants. He thinks she should pipe down. He was especially hurt by comments that he wasn’t doing anything to protect his family."
