Matchmakers' conference

An event where professionals from the various dating and relationship related industries can meet and learn how to improve their services is to be held in New York this autumn.

The Professional Matchmakers, Introduction Services and Date Coaching Worldwide Conference is due to take place from September 28th to September 29th in New York, and over 100 professionals are expected to be in attendance. The two-day event will explore trends in the industry, offer techniques on how to enhance a business and show ways how to improve client services. It will also showcase the latest solutions and products.

Moreover, discussions on topics such as dating and relationship coaching, dealing with challenging clients, business models, marketing and lead generation, software and technology, matchmakers network and matchmaking in Asia have been scheduled to take place.

Organised by the Matchmaking Institute, the event is the first of its kind to bring together the personal matchmaking, introduction service and date coaching communities. The industry as a whole is currently booming, making $250 million (£124 million) in the US alone last year.
