Des is a 'truly happy man'

Des O'Connor has had his fair share of women and relationships, and even at the age of 75, the TV presenter has shown that there are plenty of reasons for life after divorce.

The veteran showbiz star has revealed that he is looking forward to the future with his fourth wife Jodie Brooke Wilson.

The Countdown host and his new bride, who is 37 years younger than him, decided to marry after 17 years together after meeting while doing panto and have a three-year-old son together called Adam.

"I'm a truly happy man. This was a truly magical wedding," he told Hello! magazine.

"We have been on honeymoon for 17 years and I am looking forward to many more good times."

"We didn't need to prove our commitment to one another, but Adam's arrival has changed everything. He is our greatest bond."
