Charlie Sheen looks past divorce

He may still be going through divorce negotiations with his former wife Denise Richards, but Charlie Sheen feels bright about the future and has high hopes for his impending second marriage.

Speaking on US entertainment news show Extra, the 42-year-old actor revealed that despite the recent difficulties he is very intent on walking up the aisle again and having more children.

He is currently engaged to Brooke Mueller and the couple are excited about their future together, he said, irrespective of the "ridiculous and unnecessary circus" surrounding his custody battle with Richards for their two girls.

The warring couple have been throwing accusations at each other over the past few months, but he is hopeful that it will be resolved and that life will move on.

"We're just dealing with what's in front of us right now and getting through all this crap … getting back to our regularly scheduled life," he commented. "Then dealing with getting married and having our own family, which is exciting."
