Berry's fiance expresses delight about baby news

Halle Berry's new man is thrilled to bits about the couple's impending arrival.

Gabriel Aubry, whom Halle has been dating since her divorce from ex-husband Eric Benet, has revealed he can't wait for their new tot.

"I'm very thrilled," he told Access Hollywood at the World of Calvin Klein fashion event in New York.

"I can't wait to be a daddy."

The model added that his 41-year-old girlfriend was "doing really good" and that the pair had decided not to discover the sex of the baby before the big day.

"We're not going to find out," he said.

Halle split from soul singer Benet after four years of marriage and filed for divorce in 2005. The Oscar-winning actress had planned on becoming a step-parent to Benet's daughter India before they decided to go their separate ways.

He said recently: "I wish Halle and her partner a healthy baby and all the happiness in the world," he said.
